We called Wayne at Hamilton Weiss and he came right away, and fixed the problem!!! We now have a Maintance plan with them and Wayne has been out to service our furnace, to get it ready for the winter, and will come to make sure the ac unit is good for the summer. THANK YOU SO MUCH. 5 out of 5 starsIn my humble opinion this is surely one of the best local HVAC companies to deal with in terms of quality work, punctuality, reliability, price, attitude and performance. Wayne was valuable in his recommendations for what we needed and setting up a quick installation of our new system. My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of work that Scott, George, Aaron, and CJ provided in replacing our old unit (air handler and condenser) in a very short time. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were all very personable and you could see their enjoyment of what they were doing. Thanks to Scotty, Wayne, George and the rest of the guys for a great experience. I am sure we will be going to them for any of our future HVAC needs and servicing! See more See less

One of my apartment complex’s maintenance guys (Chris) diligently tried to find the issue multiple times, but unfortunately it needed to be escalated. This amazing company is contracted with my complex and they are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to install a brand new unit. They sent George and Pete to repair the unit and what I observed was a professional by the book repair following all the EPA guidelines. The skills exhibited by the technicians was impressive and the unit was returned to nominal operating condition despite its age. A noticeable lowering of power usage followed the repair. 5 out of 5 starsI don't write reviews, but this is an acception. I called Hamilton-Weiss because my AC was down. They were overbooked and couldn't get to me until a few days later. They told me if there is an open slot I will be the first one. They kept their promise as I was called back the same day I called them. Two technicians came out and looked at my AC. They showed me what's wrong with my unit as the capacitor was the culprit. It was a quick 30 mins fix and my AC is working again. I got to prop to then as their service check price is only $89 compare to RS Andrew $199 (Price gouging you during the summer heat). Hamilton-Weiss total price for part, serve and maintenance was $229. They came, fixed the problem, and tried not to oversell me anything. I would use their service again. See more See less

George provided great instructions on how to set our damper settings for the Spring vs Winter seasons. George also helped us label the dampers. This effort has improved our Spring / Summer cooling output performance better than we have had in years. George made an effort to explain how to identify, detect a possible AC blower concern which will undoubtedly help us differentiate from a hallway wiring issue. 5 out of 5 starsHad a big condensation issue, for the second time, where the hvac unit in the attic I rent from would leak water and would create a water damage issue to the dry wall above my steps where the electrical light is located. The last time this issue happened the previous workers left the attic crawl space door broken and did a patch job trying to fix it. George and CJ were extremely polite and knowledgeable and friendly and were able to repair the attic crawl space entrance and recommended what should be done. Extremely polite and respectfully gentleman and of course a kid to my own to my own heart a Super Nintendo and NES fan. Thank you to the both of them. George keep your kids knowledgeable on what REAL gaming looks like. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart! It’s been a rough two weeks it’s nice to know that there are still kind, respectful, polite, and hardworking individuals out there willing and wanting to help others in a time that most people don’t care! 5 out of 5 starsIf you are are looking for a heating and air company this is the company and Wayne is the man!! Wayne has been maintaining our home and our rental home for years. He’s honest, shows up when he says he’s going to show up and has a high amount of integrity. When we moved to our new home we had an air conditioning issue. I had Wayne come in first before I called my home warranty company because I wanted to be certain of what the problem was before an unknown company came in. I don’t know if I’m just spoiled by Wayne’s outstanding service but I found myself very frustrated working with the other company. The main reason was communication- or lack there of.... Wayne is the type of guy that is there to fix your a/c but sees you have an electrical issue or a roof issue or whatever it is , he will let you know. See more See less

They had to get a part so they came back the next day, replaced the motor and the unit worked even better than it had before! Highly recommend them, fast, friendly and efficient. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsWhen my family was truly in need, I could depend on Hamilton Weiss to take care of us. This last summer our AC au it died in the middle of the hottest part of the year. We had a new born and were very concerned about the high temperatures in the house. We had originally been put in touch with another company that proved to be incredibly unreliable. They didn’t seem to care about the urgency of the situation at all and even gave our scheduled time slot away once. With Hamilton Weiss, it was a completely different experience. We called them and first thing the next morning they sent over their master mechanic. He got us fixed up and taken care of right away. Truly bailed us out of a very difficult situation. I cannot reccomend them highly enough! Call them if you need anything done. They are hands down the best. See more See less
